Condolences
Donna Hobbs Lynchburg, VA February 10, 2008
To Jocelyn's Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I came to know and love Jocelyn while working with her at Genworth Financial. I will always remember her calm efficiency, her smile and the music of her laughter. The world is diminished by her absence. She lit up every room she entered.

Kathy Forget Spotsylvania, VA February 10, 2008
To Joyce and Bill and others, I remember when Jocelyn was born and our time at WVU. The years have flown (almost 40). It is sad that we have to connect at a time like this, but I just wanted you to know how much my heart aches for you at this time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Jocelyn sounds like a wonderful person and certainly a daughter to make her parents proud. The Master's plan can be at times puzzeling for us. Just think of it, as God needed another bright star. Peace to all of you. Kathy Ramey Forget

Jocelyn was a mentor to me in high school at Jefferson Forest in Forest, Virginia. I was a basketball player and she worked with me quite a bit my freshman year. I'll always remember the time she spent with me and the tips she gave me. My thoughts are with her family.

To Jocelyn's family,

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this trying time. We will all miss Jocelyn's smile and quiet sense of humor. She was a tremendous leader, a respected colleague and a friend to many.
Diane Evans Massies Mill, VA February 10, 2008
I got to know Jocelyn when she was a photographer at our semi-annual trail rides here in Massies Mill. Upbeat, with a sly sense of humor, she was a joy to be around. I will miss her very much and will always remember her with great fondness. She was a true gem!

To the family of Jocelyn:

I worked with Jocelyn during my three and a half years at GE Insurance in Lynchburg. She was such a blessing to so many. Always eager to lend a helping hand ... Jocelyn was instrumental as the chairperson for two of our record-breaking United Way campaigns.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and many close friends. The world Jocelyn touched was a better place because of who she was and how she interacted with those around her.

God Bless,

Mark Guthrie
