Jocelyn, I will never forget all the good times we shared playing sports or just hanging out it seemed like it was just yesterday, If I wasn't at your house you were at mine! You were part of my family. I so sorry we lost touch for so long, you were ALWAYS in my thoughts. Now you will always be in my heart. I will look out for my mom and sister not to worry! I love you and I will miss you till we meet again in Heaven! YOUR THE BEST!!!

God Bless and be with each of you at this difficult time. I cherish the friendship, stories, and laughter that we shared. Jocelyn was a special person who will never be forgotten!!
Phyllis Blankenship Rustburg, VA February 10, 2008
I am praying for all of you at this time of loss in your life. As another person wrote, our Lord's plan is always right, though at times confusing to us. Lean on him and let him comfort. I didn't know Jocelyn very well, but did work on a project with her at Genworth and could see that she was a caring, friendly and warm person and I know she will be greatly missed.

The day I met Jocelyn one summer during softball season (1985) was the day my whole family was blessed with a bundle of love and fun. Even though Jocelyn and I played basketball for rivalry high schools, we were still close friends and both of us were selected for the "Elite Eight" team. We went to two different colleges, I at Berea College in Kentucky and Jocelyn at WVU, but we still stayed in contact. Time passed and we lost contact, but as I reflect she is still like family because of the special connection. Her jovial laugh will never be forgotten. May God bless the family members.

I worked for Jocelyn for just a few months but she was a great person to work for. Jocelyn was always smiling and she would help you any way she could. Our thoughts and prayers go with you at this time.

I had the opportunity to work with Jocelyn on several projects at Genworth and she was a very special upbeat person with a smile for all. I know her first Christmas in Heaven was very special. Your family will continue to be in my prayers.

Jocelyn will be missed by everyone who knew her. I first met her through volleyball years ago and second through work. She was a wonderful person who was always mentoring and helping others. My condolences go out to her family.

She was always encouraging others when they needed it. My thoughts and prayers go to her family.

To My Sister,
You are amazing! I continue to be inspired from your friends, co-workers and past aquaintances at the wonderful stories and fond memories they share. I knew you were a special angel here on earth and now you watch over us from the Heavens above. I pulled out some cards I saved from you. Guess what... I ALWAYS loved your gifts! I continue to ask for prayers for our family and for you Joce, to continue to shine your love upon us because we feel the warmth of your love. Today was YOUR day. You love Christmas and we made it super special for you! I love you more than you will ever know and I love you more and more each day! Sisters First, Friends Forever! I love you Goshy!
